After sustaining serious back and neck injuries in 2004 that sidelined me from work… and life, I created a workout for myself to rehabilitate me from my injuries. That small home workout evolved into a full body strengthening and stretching routine that has transformed my body and my life.
As my body gained strength so did my passion for health and fitness. Which I have now turned into a new career.
Now that I have completed my fitness education I am excited to share my experience and knowledge, and passion with you.
My training focus is on rehabilitation, full body strength training, execution of proper form – to avoid injury, all while have a great time. I hope to challenge and inspire you. To give you the strength and knowledge to achieve a stronger, better self.
I just fit myself and so can you!
